Excursion   Trip   To   Mercury   Adventure  Park,  Damdama   (2006)

JAAI organised a one-day excursion trip to Mercury Adventure Park at Damdama on 12th February 2006.

It is a camp site set up by Mercury group on Sohna – Gurgaon road near Saras complex, about 60 KM from Delhi.

The response to the programme was very good. About 70 persons including JAAI family members participated in this event. The participants enjoyed many activities during the trip such as bullock-cart ride, camel ride, nature walk, Burma bridge, flying fox, archery, air rifle shooting, kayaking, trekking, volleyball, cricket, badminton, rock climbing etc.Tambola was also organized in which all participated actively and enjoyed thoroughly. Musical chair was organised for ladies, children and gentlemen separately. Prizes were distributed for each event. Everybody especially children were enjoying pollution free environment. People were also seen taking rest in the tents set there in the natural environment as it was a unique experience for some of them. Every one in the group participated sportingly and enjoyed the activities. The day's events included delicious lunch and snacks which were relished thoroughly by the participants. On the whole, it was a day of adventure filled with enjoyment for the old & young alike.
